Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain time period.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You then have another 14 calendar days to return the package to us with the return shipping label.

Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request, or that are returned after 14 calendar days after receipt of the return shipping label, will not be accepted.

The costs for returning the product are always borne by the customer, unless it can be unequivocally proven that Dogsz.eu has sent you the wrong product.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Some products can no longer be sold as new after return because they acquire clear and indelible signs of wear through use. You can still return these products, but we will charge a depreciation as compensation to be able to sell the product as good as new again. This depreciation can amount to 50% or more, depending on the condition of the product, any supplied accessories and the packaging when we receive it. We take photos of all returns/revocations upon receipt of the goods to substantiate our findings.
Even if not all accessories as you received upon delivery have been returned, we will have to calculate a corresponding depreciation. This also applies to free packages that were originally sent as a purchase bonus or similar. However, this does not apply to separate items that you ordered, are listed as a paid item on the invoice, have been delivered and you do not claim a return.

The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, but consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
