Maud

Don't be blinded by her tenderness and your "Oh, I want that too" feeling. We simply couldn't find another photo of her in which she was recognizable. 
Maud tests all the toys for us, but preferably in the mud.

Giuseppe (Giugiu)

Like a true Italian, he tests our dog clothes with pride and vanity.  And like a true dog basket critic, he judges every basket as if it were the most important decision of his life. His inspections are thorough, his judgment unrelenting.

A happy pet guarantees a stress-free environment in which it can give maximum love and gratitude to its owner. And if the owner is happy...

Largely out of frustration we started Dogsz. There were so many online shops that were crammed with products that had not been thought through, products that might be dangerous for your dear family friend. There had to be another way!

But apart from the properties of a particular product, we also think it is important that you can identify with an item. It should not only be functional and safe, but also nice to look at and fit nicely into your interior.

Of course, you may also find a product with us that is also offered elsewhere. But only if it has passed our selection procedure. And of course we have many items that you only sporadically find elsewhere because they are unique, trendy, efficient or responsible.

We also try to emphasize sustainability in our selection of products. A product should preferably be easily washable, contain only natural substances or be so technologically innovative that it deserves a place in our range.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date.
