1. General questions

What is your return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date.
You can register a return by sending us an email or calling us.
Has this period just expired? Please contact us by email or telephone so that we can see what is possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. With this number you can track your order on our website under "Track your order" at the top and bottom of each page

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

Do you offer quality control on the products?

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all our products. If you are not satisfied with the product or notice any damage, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Ideal

Are my payment details safe?

Yes, all payments are handled by a respected Payment Provider. We do not receive any payment information ourselves and all transactions are processed securely and encrypted to provide maximum protection for your information.

4. Questions about shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. If you order an item before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We cannot ship on national holidays.

Depending on the weight and destination of a shipment, we use different parcel couriers. We ship via PostNL or DHL. All orders are delivered well protected in sealed plain boxes or sealed envelopes.

Not all orders are shipped from the Netherlands. There are items that are shipped from another location within Europe. The delivery time for these items is 4/5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your order.

We charge what the actual shipping costs are and often the costs are even lower than the actual costs.

 

Netherlands - €6.95 to €9.95 depending on weight / free shipping on orders over €150

Belgium - €9.00 to 19.50 depending on weight / free shipping on orders over €150
Europe (EU) - €12.50 to €25.00 depending on weight

Rest of the world - €14.30 to €34.50 depending on weight
