Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

 

Delivery is made via the postman or parcel deliverer of DHL or other parcel deliverers. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We use well-known carriers to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

PROCESSING TIMES

If you order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be processed within 1-3 working days after payment has been received and processed. Order processing may take longer if we receive a large number of orders per day.
